Course Overview This MA in Postcolonial Studies provides a critical examination of the enduring legacies of imperialism and colonialism from the late nineteenth century to the present day. The program analyzes these complex historical relationships of power and domination through the lens of literature, film, and media from formerly colonized regions. Students will engage with diverse theoretical frameworks to understand contemporary global issues and cultural production.
